[Northkeep] Arrow and bolt stock

I am hoping to buy fiberglass/siloflex/? type material for SCA combat
use.  I would l;ike to by it in rod stock and in length to be cut down
by us to usuable lengths if possible.  Where on line would be good to
go, and also would that be cheaper considering shipping? Thank you.
