[Northkeep] Scroll Painting Reminder

Your Excellency,

For real practice novices, we acquire some psuedo-scrolls from
McDonalds.  If you can paint Ronald in the lines, then you're at least
ready for AoA level scrolls.  If you can paint Mayor MacCheese and the
Fry-Guys in the lines, then you're ready for GoA level scrolls.
