[Northkeep] Linen for the guard tabbards

Thank you Lynn - What I'm hoping to do is to have a day where we get a room
somewhere with tables and do an assembly line sort of thing.  I'd like to do
the same sort of thing for more loaner garb.......

making the new tabards, I can do that. Have sewing machine, can sew.
