[Northkeep] Officers

Well Evan,

I'm sure that someone will post upcoming officer openings in Northkeep.
 I do know that herald isn't opening soon.  Isn't Alton's tenure as
Knight Marshall up this fall?  I don't remember for sure when Alton
started.

If it seems like it will be awhile before a Northkeep office of
interest is opening, check in the back of the Black Star for regional /
kingdom spots.  The listing of kingdom or regional vacancies and
openings is after the section with all of the contact information for
deputy kingdom, regional, and local group contacts.
