It's Gulf Wars = It's going to rain.
It's Lilies = It's going to rain Thursday at a minimum.
It's Pennsic = It's going to rain.
It's Estrella = It's going to be #@1% COLD! And it might rain.
                (It is the desert in Feb after all.)

Figure if it's an SCA war, rain is going to happen sometime during the event.
