[Northkeep] Heraldry books that copies...etc

I've gone ahead and have made annotations to McFarlin's books from Katlyn's
new list of Books that Laurel doesn't need copies made from and who owns
them - http://northkeep.ansteorra.org/library/libraries.htm.  I will try to
get to Shusterman this weekend if no one beats me to it.

Would those of you who have regular access to Bizzell at OU, Stillwater
Public, Bartlesville Public, Muskogee Public, Talequah Public, NES John
Vaughan, TCCL (Charles Page, Hardesty, Martin, Rudisill, South BA and
Central) Libraries please check this list and actually verify which items
are truly available, missing or what.

If you live in a town that doesn't appear on this list, but would like to be
included (and know what books Laurel doesn't need copies from), please let
me know either.
