[Northkeep] B'ville Canton

The registration of a place name that already exists depends on several
factors. Most important is whether the actual place had a significant
place in history. For significant people conflicts, the usual source is
whether the person of the same name has an entry in Encyclopedia
Britannica. For places, I am not sure how the college handles
significancy questions; I'll ask. For example, even in period, there
were some city (more commonly village) names that were repeated even in
the same country (two villages, same name). There will never be a Shire
of London in the SCA but I need to get more info on the actual Chemin
Noir to see if this is a problem.

I'm not sure if you can register a branch name that already exists
mundanly or not. I know you can't do it for a person.
