We have an enormous covered patio, and can go inside if it gets too dreadful.
40% is just that - we have the larger chance of it being fair. The city
sprayed my street for mosquitos Thursday eve, and I will put down additional
deterrent, so should not be a problem with that either. Did not encounter any
this evening when I was working in the yard.
I can still promise a very good time, rain or shine! Just a reminder,
repeating the info:

After a hard day spent on the greensward of Woodward, come sup with heroes,
and recant stories and legends with those who fought bravely that day!
The address, for those who do not have it:
Sapperton Hall, home of Egswyth and Anawyn, also known as 6925 South 73rd
East Ave. The street is the stoplight between Sheridan and Memorial, on 71st
Street. We are the third house down, grey stone with wrought iron arches.
You will be turning right, if coming from the Memorial, left if coming from
Sheridan.

We were not able to obtain the goodly pig we earlier proposed, so we will
instead serve up turducken, and also some beef brisket, for those who like
not fowl. Lady Elizabeth De Calais will cook up potato salad in stout
quantity, and there will also be tea and lemonade provided, along with cups
and plates.
PLEASE, WOULD YE:

1) bring your own chairs - I have several, but not enough for a large crowd.

2) bring a dish to share with other folks, some kind of vegetable, bread, or
dessert

3) wear garb - the weather should be kinder by then, and we will have a cool
evening

4) Bring a merry heart, ready for the serious business of fun!!

3)
