[Northkeep] items needed for crown feast / food prep / serving ?

I have a large sturdy metal platter that measures about 2 feet across that I
can bring for use at Crown... as well as a positively enormous stainless
steel mixing bowl, and an ornate pewter pitcher for beverages, if such items
are needed... ?  Also, do you need them before the event, or at the event?
Which is easier for you, Lynne?
