[Northkeep] Castellan Question

Greetings!
   I understand that the site for Crown will be the
Sequoyah State Park. Will Castellan this year be held
at it's normal site?
   At the risk of going seriously over my normal event
number per year (having already been to Cracked
Anvil,) I hope to make both.
