[Northkeep] feathers

Feathers were mentioned for decoration purposes.  If anyone needs/wants
feathers, I have about 10 quail wings (the whole wing) that I can bring
tonight.  The individual feathers are quite small, but there may be a use
for the wing, as a whole.  They're dessicated, by the way, so they're not
too gross.
