[Northkeep] rapier practice

OH No!  Puck and Gabri are going to be in Weatherford for the holidays and
planned on going to practice on the 23rd!  Will it be held elsewhere, or
Not at all?

    Rapier practice will be in the library downtown(4th and Denver),
starting around 5:30 until 9:00. Next tuesday we will not be able to use the
Library due to the holidays, so I hope everyone has a wonderful Yule, a
happy Hanukkah, a merry Christmas, and a funky Qwanza!
