No - generally you get something in the mail.  A booklet that has all the
site rules in it....... They don't e-mail........  But if your check has
cleared the bank then they have you.  If your check hasn't cleared (mine has
and I mailed it pretty late) then I would drop an e-mail or even call the
person on the registration form.

Are they supposed to email you when they get the reservation? Because I
