I will be at Officers on Sunday.  I will have the checkbook for those who need money for Winterkingdom.  Also I am asking that those people who receive advances for Winterkingdom please bring the receipts to Winterkingdom and reconcile with me at site.  I will be handing over the office to the new acting Reeve on that day and will be preparing the Event Report at site so that it is done before I officially leave the office.  I can't prepare the event report without all receipts and refunds of money spent.  If this is a problem please let me know at Officers.
