[Northkeep] Commenting

The heraldic commenting session is where the local
herald and anyone who would like to join them get
together to discuss/critique/check for conflict the
names and devices turned in to the Kingdom from the
previous month (well, okay, those published in that
month's Gazette- maybe not just from the previous
month). It is a really good place to learn about SCA
heraldry and to see an important part of what SCA
heralds do.
