[Northkeep] Where is investiture?

When you take the exit you turn right at the stop sign (west) It will be on
your left a little ways up - there's a sign that says Camp Dakani......

Ok.. lets see... Galiwyn told me how to get there and I thought I printed it
and didn't... I know its by Frontier city and I turn on Hefner road.. anyone
have a clue after that? (Hoping to see signs by then)
