Alright, if I understand correctly now, it is on your credit report, which you can send a copy of the police report, and the Wal-Mart system.  Report Wal-Mart to the consumer protection agency.  That will make them get off their butts.  yes you are intitled to one free credit report each year, so you can do that.  Good luck.
