First, you must take it to the Alaskan Wilderness, plunge it in the icy
waters from a mountain spring, then they must be wrapped around the head
of a polar bear, who will then "soften" the fabric with his razor sharp
claws and teeth.  The tattered remains must then be taken to the Gobi
desert, where the hot sands will gently pelt the fabric dry and clean.

Then, and only then, will your underwear be comfortable to wear.
