Good Gentles of Northkeep,

Your Crown Tourney Autocrats are seeking a volunteer for a specific
short-term assignment.  See the description below and if interested
please email Lady Zahava (zahavabathannah at yahoo.com) and myself
(dherndon at bswintl.com).

We need one individual to collect hotel information on the places to
stay in Wagoner, OK and also about the Arrowhead Lodge which is located
in Sequoyah State Park.  We will need the name, contact phone number,
address, and rates for rooms on each place.  This information will be
posted on the web site for participants coming to the event along with
info on the cabins, RV, and camping spots on-site..

We would like to have this completed and posted on the web site by the
end of March to allow attendees the month of April to make plans.
