[Northkeep] Charters needed

Greetings

The Sable Scroll, H.Ly. Ceinwen, has put out a call that the Kingdom needs
painted charters, particularly AoA, Sable Comets, Sable Cranes and Thistles.
If anyone has finished Charters that they would like sent in you can bring
them to Populace and I will be happy to include them in the Scribal Guild
batch that I will be sending next week.
