Here's another question of the possibly goofy variety: For those of us
staying off site at night, we pay when we get there Friday night to help set
up?  Sat and Sun morning, are we supposed to pay again, or will we be on a
list at the Troll booth?  Or what...? (I'm trying to do a rough $$$ estimate
for the weekend, in case you couldn't tell)
