Greetings!
   Ahh, memories of those days. That was while I was
still in the service of Empress Zoe, before Hardrada
fell out (perhaps with having 'helped himself' out) of
favor and departed suddenly. My journey has taken more
moons than his, and still I have not reached the
fjords of home..perhaps I never will...

   Please note that my persona story has little more
than soem additions to what a person in the grouop
Harold Hardrada was in when he left his home in the
time before he became King might have had happened to
them.
   My sole source material was from one perhaps-ill
remembered book on 1066 and the times keading up to it
for the three major characters of the time.
   There is no reason I couldn;t do some research and
learn if what I recall/read is accurate at a
multi-source level. Some real persona devlopment could
be done.
   I will confess that the English time-frames of the
Three Edwards has a lot of interest for me as well.
   I wish I were there tomorrow evening for the
persona evening, but it looks most likely that it will
be Saturday morning.
   I would enjoy talking and meeting you and others
who I have yet to meet. I should have a young lady
with me for whom this will be her first SCA event. I
hope that she will enjoy it.
