[Northkeep] Seeking authorizing Marshalls...

Well I can take care of the ones in this area.  But being that the cards need to be signed so I can send parts back to the marshallate secretary I need the person there.  I have some cards now and can get people authorized who need it.

  Greetings, Northern Ansteorra!

  A few weeks ago, I had the priviledge of teaching a class at wInterKingdom on Waterbearing. This included a detailed section on field safety and regulations with the purpose of training individuals for their NON-Combat Authorization (yellow) card.  Unfortunately, due to class length and timing, the marshal in attendance at wInterKingdom was not able to sign the cards after the class as we had hoped would happen.  

  I am hoping that Authorizing Marshals in the areas of those who took the class would be willing to help provide these goodly folk with their Non-Combat Authorizations so they can begin serving Ansteorra in the capacity of field waterbearers.  Or, if not comfortable with authorizing unwitnessed training, would be willing to provide these folks with a course so that they can be authorized.

  I'm seeking Marshals who have contact with, or knowledge of the whereabouts of:

  Tracy of Northkeep  - Tracy, I'll be at Populace, if you will be there as well, and will hopefully find someone there who can authorize you.
  Morgana Vandya
  Lady Kathryn atte Unicorn
  Lord Pooky

  I'd also like to thank Lord Tadhg for driving all the way out to Talequah last weekend to attend my class there, and provide authorization cards for those who attended.  His time and willingness to assist was deeply appreciated, especially given the very long commute he had to join us there for the class.
