[Northkeep] inkel loom

does anyone know a good easy online guide on how to use an inkel loom. i think i have it threaded but i cant figure out how to make it inkel.of course knowing me i probably got confused and thought my cat was a loom (poor cat)any help will be appriciated the ball of wasted thread is growing and its got be hard to weave on a cat.
