[Northkeep] Sewing Commission Anyone?

Greetings to the populace of Northkeep and assorted lurkers of the
realm,

I am seeking tailors and seamstresses interested in a project.  I'll
cover all material costs and would like to pay for the sewing effort on
the project.

The project is a surprise so I'll only offer more details to those who
actually write me back as being interested, so long as you agree to keep
the secret.  Some details I can offer:
This would be based on paintings of the garment from period sources.
It is a single garment, not an entire outfit.
Multiple tailors/seamstresses are welcome to work on it.
MOST IMPORTANT: It would need to be completed before Crown Tournament
November 1.  Check your schedules before replying.
