There's a site on the SCA home page:

You can type in a few of the elements of your heraldic device, such as the 
name of one of the key elements. If I was to conflict search, I'd look up 
ORLE and EWER (mine is Azure, an Ewer Bendwise within an Orle Argent), as 
example.
