[Northkeep] device question

[Graue, Chris]

OK, here's a question... What is "Argent, Azure, Fur, Gules, Or, Vert, etc"?
These are all under "Feather, even though I was hoping to get specifically a
Quill... What do these words mean and how do they apply to these items?

Chris (who just found a FERRET!!! ok, it said "see weasel", but it says
FERRET!)
