Greetings all,
If you do not mind I would like to continue this talk about Djionander. The
tourney was originally styled as our largest and most important demo and
this year it did seem a bit more like a mini-event. What we acomplished was
not a bad thing. We just need to take a little of this year and mix it with
a little of what we have done in the past.

>From year to year the number spectators who stop by to see us change. This
weekend we were up against a blue grass festival in Claremore and a home
decorator show at the Expo center, tough competion in this day and age. We
did have many guests and several expressed interest in expanding their
contact with us. Remember if we get even one new populace member out of the
day then our efforts are rewarded.

I know I had fun and the visitors who I encountered seemed to be enoying the
day. As I was circulating during around the site I saw other members of the
populace approaching and talking with spectators. Those who did come by
appeared very entertained. More would have been nice but I am not unhappy
with what was there.

As for advertising the event what happened, happened and my suggestion is
that we should learn from it and move on. Next year we do need to put forth
more advertisements with the press and the public. One other suggestions is
that when the fighting is going on maybe we could play more to the crowd.

As for when the demo takes place I believe there is a bit of Baronial law
that dicates when the Djionader is supposed to occur. I could be wrong but I
think that is the case.

All in all a good day, I hope others enjoyed the day as much as I did.

Kind regards,
Laird Ian Dun Gillan
