      Position Duties
      Provide administrative support to HR Field Operations Manager and HR Field Representatives involving all areas of HR, including Personnel Services, Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Safety. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in dealing effectively with internal and external customers. Outstanding organizational skills required to accomplish multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is essential. Must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and database software. Successful candidate will be responsible for working with and maintaining confidential information; must demonstrate initiative, maturity and good judgment. Tasks include: keyboarding; data entry; composing correspondence; preparing reports and statistical information; maintaining electronic and hardcopy files; scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and interviews; answering telephones; sending and receiving faxes; copying documents; administ ering portions of the employment selection process, and other duties as required. 


      Work Hours / Travel Requirements 
      40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime as required. 



      Education Requirements
      High School Education 
     Experience Requirements
      Minimum 3 years experience in HR or a high volume administrative support function preferred. Experience should also include varied business situations or circumstances which tend to favorably develop the job incumbent in terms of confidentiality, maturity, discretion, personal tact, judgement and initiative. Must successfully complete the appropriate AEP System Placement Exercises. 
     


      Special Qualifications (Training, Skills ETC.)
      Requires successful completion of clerical placement exercises. Computer skills should include Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and PeopleSoft.
