[Northkeep] rapier practice in the park... maybe

I forgot to remind everyone that rapier practice is now being held at Woodward park on 21st and Peoria, same bat-time. However, it has just now started to sprinkle, if it stops there will be practice, if it starts to rain in ernest practice will be canceled.
