I've been catching up on old email and caught this.  I'll forward your
friend's info the herald's email list.  I know there are several heralds
who have sources/resources and someone on it may have Mistress
Tangwystle's address and I think her doctorate was in this area.

in need of practical sources on Brythonic (aka Proto-Brythonic and
Proto-British).  I can't find a thing beyond the numbers one through
