Just a reminder people.  The current crop of viruses are picking up steam
again.  However they spoof the sent from address so it did not come from the
person listed.  So no need to fire off a bunch of messages to people listed
in the from line.  It almost definitly did not come from whoever is in the
from line.  Make sure all your virus protection is up to date.  If you have
