[Northkeep] rules/SCA-etiquette [was "The Cuteness"]

Elizabetta did the class for years-- and a couple of
years ago she kinda passed it on to me. If there is
any interest I'd be happy to teach it again. Perhaps I
could change one of my 2 fletching classes to it? I'll
talk to the autocrats!!
