Gauvin,
If all you need is yeast go to Mecca Coffee house.   It's on the west
side of Peoria @ ~ 33rd.  Across from the Delta Cafe.

Still working on a day and time for the class.  Some can't do Saturday, 
but it takes several hours, so maybe a Sunday afternoon?
