True Value Hardware on the main drag (Hwy 66) through Stoud.  If taking 
turnpike from Tulsa, exit Stroud, turn right go to Hwy 66 light, turn 
left (east) about four or five blocks down on the south side of the 
street.  The owner is Roger Wilson part owner and cellar master of Tidal 
School Winery.  He carries a good basic selection of wine making 
materials and chemistry.  They keep yeast in a refigerator in back, so 
you need to ask for it.  Excellent prices and he will order things he 
doesn't have in stock.  If you're buying a large quantity you will save 
enough for the cost of the trip.
