Would they like comics? I would be happy to send them copies of "A Semi-Medival Lyfe" if you think they'd be interested... I've even been thinking of submiting to the Blackstar (if I can work up the nerve anyway).

Our friends in Smythkepe have put out a request for content for their local newsletter. If anyone has anything they would be willing to let them re-print, I'm sure that they would appreciate it.

It's Geoffrey from the Shire of Smythkepe. I have been struggling with our shire newsletter for a long time now and have not been able to generate any real interest in publishing our shires local research and activities. We are small and we stay very busy. So, I was wondering if any of you would be willing to dig out some of your old research articles, how too's, recipes (food, balms, meads, etc.), song lyrics, ANYTHING, and share them with us. As I said, we are small and is unlikely that your articles will have been seen by many of us. Your support of our shire newsletter (by submitting articles) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Please send your submissions to the email address in the subject line and don't forget to include the name of the person that I must credit for the work. (geoffreydebaston at aol.com).

My sincere thanks,

Geoffrey de Bastone
Shire of Smythkepe

PS. Please pass this along to ANYONE or ANY group that you think might be willing to help me.

Compassion brings us to a stop, and for a moment we rise above ourselves.
