Subject: [Northkeep] A historical note regarding Cerelia

For those of you who are still new, or are at least not honking old,
Honorable Lady Cerelia de Lacy of Sherborne was a founding member of a
Northkeep Household, Casa De Morado (or more informally known as House
Purple). She was the mother of Countess Anne (formerly Anora Frayne of
Winward, one time A&S minister of Northkeep), and mother in law of Duke
Richard. Her husband HL Raphael Diego de Burgos, while he was Herald,
designed both the Northkeep Arms and Badge.

While I believe they may have been active as early as 1981, Annora
became an
officer in 1982. and Raphael was last Knight Marshal in 1993. In the
intervening time, they and their House were an influence on the vision
for
the Shire of Northkeep and helped determine the direction the Shire
eventually took. They are still fondly remembered by some of the older
members of the group.
