Please send in your painted charters.  The kingdom is in need of your
beautiful works of art!
Sable Scroll is getting dangerously low on ...
     Court Baronies
     Iris of Merit
     Star of Merit
     Sable Thistles
     Sable Cranes
     Rising Stars

And....don't forget to give any insignia to the kingdom for use.

Lastly, I would like to let everyone know that at Coronation (AAA), Mistress
Stella Silvana will be the new Sable Scroll.  So, welcome Stella with hordes
of painted charters and insignia.
