[Northkeep] Full Moon drumming/Scribal poll/drumming at Castellan

Dont forget there will be a Hafla running concurrent with Rapier Torch Light
Tourney  - I am hoping there will be drummers & dancers!!! And of course the
rowdy crowd to egg on the fighters for the tourney!!
