What this means is that it is likely that someone that Masamune and the 
people whose names have been attached to the return address line all know 
someone who's been infected.

Once again, don't open attachments, even from people you know, until you 
check and see if they actually sent you something.  I personally get about 
30-50 of these a day (many of which having my own email address in the 
"From" line).
