[Northkeep] Brewing Help!!!

Ok so I am making this mead... I put the yeast in on Sunday morning and to 
date... NOTHING is happening.. no gas build up, no bubbles... nothing. Last 
batch I made was bubbling on the second day. There is no movement at all.... 
wondering if I killed the yeast somehow. I don't think the water was too 
hot... If I did kill the yeast somehow, can I add more yeast or should I 
dump the whole thing and start over???
