[Northkeep] Saga submission time again

Hi guys --

This is your early warning notice about the deadline for Saga submissions.... the deadline is Sunday, November 21, the day of officers' meeting. By popular request I have changed the deadline from the day before officers' meeting to the day of officers' meeting. 

Please help me be able to get the Saga out on time by meeting this deadline.
