On the Celtic music side...check out tulsapac.com.  Look for the "Celtic Music Series".

Every winter the Performing Arts Center hosts 4-5 Celtic groups.  Tickets are not cheap but well worth it.  Many main line celtic groups have been here and several we'd never heard of have been the best we've seen.
