[Northkeep] reminder - Officers & Event planning meeting - Oct17th

wInterkingdom is the 11th of December at the Stillwater Community Center,
which is about an hour west of Tulsa.  We generally don't take reservations
for events in Ansteorra but feast reservations are sometimes done, usually
at the discretion of the Feast Steward.  Info on the event should be up on
the website within the next week or so.

When is Winterkingdom?  Are you'll taking reservations for it yet?  How
close to Tulsa will it be?  What is happening there?  Will there be rapier?

Since I am coming from Meredies what do I have to do to be able to fight in
Ansteorra?

Gelis of Iron Mountain as of November 15 to be in Tulsa
