Well I thought we had a place but the Tulsa Library fell thru because they
don't want to set a precedence of groups using the library lands. Unless it
is for a library function.

OSU Tulsa won't return my Phone calls.

Tulsa Parks will charge us $500.

If any one knows of a free, public, outdoors location, that gets some foot
traffic and they will let us  we hold Dionader their please let me know.
