[Northkeep] Gulf War Caravan

Please be warned, when she says caravan, she means 90mph and if you don't
keep up, then you're out of luck. If you prefer to drive closer to 70 or so,
I'm sure there will be more than one group, so when inquiring about a
caravan, please specify if you have a speed you prefer to travel at.
