Skjoldehamn is a a bog on the Island of Andøya, in Veserålen in northern 
Norway.  I do have to say that based on the rest of the outfit, and some of 
the documentary stuff, I'm not entirely sure that the garments are either 
men's garments or strictly Norwegian (they might be Sami or something - the 
shirt under the kirtle is really odd).
