Hi,
Well folks, the Kingdom online OP is dated May of '04.  While our local
herald may have the reports for local courts, we cannot expect him to
keep track of anything you've received at other events. 

So... 

Local or not.  If you have received an award since Jan 1st. of 04 I need
to know.  If it's a Thistle tell me what you received it for.
