[Northkeep] Populace reminder

The Populace meeting is held at 7:30, at the Martin East Regional Library, which is located on Garnett between 21st and 31st street. It's located on the east side of Garnett.  The meeting is held in the large conference rooms which are to the left as you enter the library building.  Please be careful of leaving any valuables in your vehicle - there have been thefts both from vehicles and OF vehicles from the parking lot.
