This is not necessarily true... One could make a data CD with each issue
burned on it in either PDF format or otherwise... Thus "binding" them
together in one neat little package... As long as you leave the record
session "open", you can continue to add issues to the disk... Or "close"
it once the year is over so that it contains only that year's issues...
Even if we don't have an electronic copy, as long as hard copies can be
scanned, they can be PDF'd and added to the disk...
